SalesPlay allows business owners to control whether users can print duplicate receipts, ensuring better oversight and minimizing unnecessary printing.

Steps to Disable Duplicate Receipt Printing:

1. Log in to the SalesPlay POS Back Office web portal.

2. From the main menu, select Users.

3. Go to the Access Rights section.

 ,

4. Click on the Cashier role or any existing user role you want to edit.

 ,

5. Under the Function modules, locate the Prebill option.

 ,

6. Untick (disable) the Prebill checkbox.

 ,

7. Click Update to save the changes.

 ,

NOTE: ,Once this setting is disabled:

• The Print Receipt option for duplicate receipts will no longer appear on the POS billing summary screen.

• Users will not be allowed to reprint past receipts.
